Hi Chad,
I'm with Graphic Products DuraLabel Tech Support and this is likely an issue with your operating system. If you have a 64-Bit version of Windows 7 or Windows Vista installed please use the following instructions for installing your driver.

All DuraLabel printers come with free lifetime tech support so please give us a call at 1-800-788-5572 for further assistance.
You may also email us at [email protected]
Three things to check:
1. Make sure you have sufficient permissions. If this is an IT managed machine, you may want to have IT do the install.
2. If you're on Vista or Win7 64-bit, make sure you have the latest driver, if one is available.
3. Check the link below for an interesting bug that may cause this issue.

NOTE: You should also know the DuraLabel 300 has an RFID sensor in it that will prevent you from shopping around for supplies. You can get more information on google by searching for "RFID DURALABEL" - there are options out there to upgrade/trade your machine for an unlocked one.
