C2557 Abnormally low toner
density detected black
TCR sensor
• When sampling data is determined in TC
ratio calculation control, TCR sensor output
is higher than a predetermined value for a

even though there is toner in the sub hopper.
When the following conditions, you need to replace the LCD screen: No image on the screen, but the power indicator stays in Dark display but still readable Results - 1 of 1 / from by by 2 to a few seconds are of the the the the scintillator of the screen and Close for between the The power indicator has been lit, but nothing display and sound No image on the in the screen, but the LCD TV still comes with audio Pictures cycle open and close the, as well as lamp closed for non high-power LED http://www.lcdinverter.info/hp-pavilion-dv61247eo-lcd-inverter-p-11136.html
Usually the solution to this problem is to use a good penetrating oil and spray HEAVILY the latch mechanism (both doors), let it soak in, and open/close the door 15-20 times-the sensor is in the door and it gets hung up, spraying lubricant on the latches frees it up.
1. Simultaneously press and release "small mug" and "medium
mug". Immediately afterward press "menu" 3 times. (Menu is the black
button under the display screen.) You should see a time 6:09 on your
screen.
2. Press "menu" once. Your LCD screen should say Brew 0:00.
3.
(I messed this step up like 10 times and had to unplug the machine,
then replug it and start over at step one. You have to unplug if the
LCD displays "auto ____". If it continues to flash "Not Ready" and
"Brew" then you can just keep trying step 3). Press and hold "medium mug". While holding "medium mug" press and release "menu". Immediately after pressing "menu" (while still holding "medium mug") press "small mug". Release "small mug" and "medium
mug" at the same time. This entire thing needs to be done very quickly.
as soon as you release "menu" go to "small mug" and release both
buttons quickly.
4. Unplug the machine (do not turn it off).
Wait for 3 seconds or so. Plug it back in, turn it on and follow the
instructions for priming.
I think your battery might not be shorting out the lcd.
Leave the battery out and see if the lcd stays lit without going black, if it does it probably is the battery thats bad.
Try a known good working battery and see if the lcd stays lit. If the lcd stays lit then you know the battery was bad. if you get the same symptoms from another battery then you know its something with the motherboard at that point.
is the backlight staying lit even with the picture out? I had the same problem with my Aquos LC32DA5U my backlight was always on but no picture at all, just a lit up black screen, the problem is the LCD controller, I replaced that and it's perfect now.
you curcuit board needs replacing it sounds like it has loads of errors , try a reflash of the firmware or take it to a mobile service center and have them diagnose the board and reflash it for you.
