Update it with Sony Ericsson update service which is available on Sony website

its either ur LCD touch srceen is damaged or its in d software...
try to update ur phone using the "sony ericsson update service software" it can be downloaded in www.sonyericsson.com..
if it doesnt work.. ur LCD touch screen is fucked up.. bring it to sony ericsson service center...
