They might need pairing again ,of the bluetooth headset might be faulty. do check the blue tooth settings on your phoe to see if its in its bluetooth item list .

ensure bluetooth is actually on, and in your bluetooth settings ensure your phone is set to "make visible to other bluetooth devices" then start scan and at same time start scan on other bluetooth device and wait for pairing message. if this still does not work, go into systems and deactiveate your apps maybe one of them is stopping bluetooth. do not deinstall just deativate them to stop any interference. see if it works. also try different bluetooth devices to see if the one you are trying is the problem and not your phone.
Hi James, I am not an expert on iPhones or Bluetooth, but suggest you go into the main set up menus on both devices and then disconnect both and then search and re match and accept them. It should work correctly then. Regards John
have you tried re-installing the driver? was it working before, has something made it stop? otherwise you might need to replace the bluetooth unit. A external USB one mmay be cheaper.
try to insert another usb drive on the port.it the usb works then probably the bluetooth transmitter is faulty. If the USB drive also does not work... then probably the USB port of the computer damaged.
