Hi, my FMD watch problem is that I don't know how to set the regular time on it.

FMD is the manufacturer. They are a division of Fossil. That is a generic watch module.

Choose the one that looks like yours and download the PDF file.

Press and hold the mode button which is the bottom left button. You can then use the reset button (bottom Right) to cycle through the min, hour, date, year, day and so on and use the start/stop button (top right) to change the corresponding number. :) Hope that helps!

The watch is made by FMD, and has a retail value of just around $100.00. If its been used in any form it would probably sell for around $40.00

With time displayed:

Press lower right, then upper left.

Hello I have the same watch and had the same problem. You press the mode button till you get to the point to change the main time, you then press the reset button (bottom button on right side of the watch)to toggle to the hour place, you then cycle thru the time untill the "h" in the top right hand corners disappears and then the watch will be back on regular time.
