Hi, the stereo is asking for the security code it usually asks for this after the battery has been off or gone flat.
now for security reasons the only place you can get the code from is the main dealers, years ago you used to be able to ring up and get the code over the phone after you have given them your details.

they stopped doing this as car thieves found out and starting nicking the stereo and selling them on after they have got the code.

now when the car is new the code is written inside the owners handbook on a piece of card so have a good look in any books that came with the car.

failing that the only other way to get the code is to drive to your nearest main dealers with your owners documents and ask them for the code for your car, they wont charge for this but you will need to take the owners documents and some id with you, then they will give you the code.
their is no other way of getting the code for your stereo.
their are web sites that say they can give you the code if you pay them but these sites are a scam so stay away from them.

let me know if you need further assistance ok

Your best bet is to pull radio, make a copy of the title and go to the dealership, they give you code for free (MAKE SURE U BRING COPY OF TITLE)

You will have to get the code from a honda dealer. It is an antitheft thing. They wil need your serial 3 to do this.

I cant find the radio code for my 98 honda accord wagon.

Go to the Glove box and get the serial number to the stereo, It is not the unlock code itself. Call a Honda dealer and give them the serial number, and they should give you the code for free.
Hope it helps Dave

I need the stereo code for a 98 honda accord

Check for a sticker with the radio code inside the glove box. Some dealers fixed a second sticker in the owners manual. If not available, get the code from a Honda dealer, and be prepared to show VIN number, and proof of vehicle ownership.

Hi my 1996 Honda accord radio need a code to play can anyone tell me that code and how to use it.

copy the vin number and call the local dealer - also ask for any recalls --- then also ask for the code - if the radio came with the car they should give it to u in person or on the phone - if the radio didn't come with the car -well that will require taking the radio to a honda dealer and going from there -

Pls can you help me with my radio code, its an honda accord SE

Is that the original radio to your car? If so call the Honda customer service 1800-999-1009 and tell them what you need and they will help you out. They will ask you some questions, but it will be worth it to get your radio code. Have your VIN number to your car and the serial # number to your radio because they will ask you for it.

Unlock Code For Honda Accord 98

you need to call the dealer to get the code. you might have to unhook the neg battery cable to reset the radio again if the code doesnt work. also somtimes the code is printed on a small white sticker somewhere in the car. around the glovebox or in a door jamb or in the trunk under the ash tray. just need to look all over.
