hi, ok you have to find out what devices are not found, alot of devices require drivers and or software to work. so find out what these devices are and go to the manufacturer for the drivers. if you don't know what the system configuration previously to formatting the drive.you will have to open the case, to look for model #'s of the devices not found. hope this helps! good luck.
