Go to this "Website Link," below, for Dell 942 All-In-One.
Fill-in all information required.
Ie: Brand Name, Model #, and Operating System...

"OS" are: XP, Vista, and Windows 7

Select the [Drivers] you need from the "List."

"Download the Drivers."

I guess you are out of luck though...google coughed up this.

What is the solution on the missing 942 photo AIO center?

re-install the driver

search for updated drivers here driver, manual, parts, repair, software, service, user guide

All you need to do is go to above link & download & run the upgrade/patch first. It will uninstall the drivers for the printer & thn download & install the drivers.....once the drivers are installd, you will get the aio center.....do let me knw if ny further help is required...

try uninstalling & reinstalling the drivers....tht wld fix the issue...

This morning I replaced the cartridges in the Dell 942 printer, they jammed to the left which made a loud grinding noise and the cartridge jam error came on.

I solved the problem by turning the printer on with the top up which moved the cartridges to the right a little so I could reach back, push one down a little manually which freed them to move over to the middle.

try to fully uninstall the driver, restart computer and printer. download and reinstall driver from support.dell.com drivers and downloads website.
