Assuming you are using the proper serial channel reset procedure, this should not be occurring. If it is occurring, your unit is probably malfunctioning and cannot be corrected.

Almost all routers have a reset button, with the router on, push the button for 20 sec, this should set it to default. user name is always Admin, password most of the time is password, or admin again, good luck
