You say you checked the thermal fuse but did you check the broil element for continuity. Most ovens use the broil element for the clean function. The thermal fuse will shut off both the bake and the broil element.
This happened to me three times with a brand new oven, they kept coming back and replacing the fuse. I finally made the Kitchenaid dealer replace the whole oven, never happened again.
Member Discussion on Whirlpool GMC305PRS01 Microwave Oven
Whirlpool Wall oven/microwave combo unit Door message Does anyone know where the 15 amp fuse is? I replaced the 20amp fuse and it worked for a minute or two and then I opened the door and I blew my circuit breaker. I reset my circuit breaker, replaced the 20 amp fuse and now all I get is the Door message. I also noticed that it fused the outside switch on the right side of the door so I had to open the switch up and un-fuse it. This is for a whirlpool GMC305PRS01 Wall Oven/microwave combo unit.
Also if anyone could tell me the correct position the wire is supposed to be hooked up on the switches? I had someone help me take the switch out and they unhooked the wires and now we aren't sure how they are supposed to be hooked up. My light on the microwave doesn't work either. Is it possible the bulb blew when the fuse blew?
Unplug
your oven. Insert the size 15 Security Torx bit into your
multi-bit screwdriver and remove the screws from the back panel. Take
off the back panel.
2
Locate
the fuse. It should be near where the electrical cord comes into the oven. The fuse is a small white bar with metal caps on either end.
Carefully remove the fuse. Avoid touching the transformer or other
parts inside the oven.
3
Purchase
a new fuse. Most whirlpool ovens use an 18 amp ceramic fuse.
Consult your owner's manual to find out what kind of fuse is used, or
take the old fuse into the store to find the exact match.
4
Replace
the fuse. Put the cover back on and see if your oven works. If it
does, replace the screws. If it does not, try a different fuse. If the
oven still does not turn on, you may have to have it replaced of
professionally repaired.

Hi I am Vortash it sounds to me as if the oven element has blown you need to have it tested by an engineer .. he will check for continuity .. if it is open circuit then you will need to replace it .
I would hev thought that if the fuse had gone the oven would have no light or functions of any kind as the power would be off .. unless this model has an extra fuse fopr the element alone doubtful however it does have a heat sensor cut off above the oven that cuts off the element from the supply .. If you have no manual for this unit you will find one free to download from http://www.safemanuals.com .. regards Vortash
