I originally had internet on my pc, i purchased and installed the netgear wireless router for my laptop and now do not have internet on my pc, how do I get internet back on my pc?

You have'nt specified whether your pc is connected to netgear or not. If yes then firstly it should be hard wired into the router to check connectivity.
Now on your PC Click start>run>type in cmd>in the command prompt screen that opens up type in ipconfig and press enter
it will display the ip address
if ip address is 192.168.0.2
and default gateway is 192.168.0.1 and still you're not able to open webpages run this command in the same command prompt screen netsh winsock reset catalog.......
You''ll be able to access webpages...
If ip address comes out to be something else get the drivers of nic card reinstalled on your PC.
