I just bought a tom tom go from a previous owner and i dont know how to change the log in or how to create a new account so i can use it. HELP!

You can't because tom tom links the user name to the GPS unit so you should contact the previous owner.

Tom Tom One XL Repair Center???

The cost of having a new motherboard fitted exceeds the cost of a new GPS. Try one of the new Altinas 8010a . Marbella Australia have them on their site and will send to USA quite cheaply they are excellent and quite robust.and the exchange $ has never been better

Does anyone know how to change a cracked screen on a tom tom 300 please, i have managed to open it up but can't get to the screen cable to take the old screen out.

The solution to this is quite simple. Buy a new Tom Tom.
The Tom Tom units are not serviceable items. It's silly and quite honestly inexperienced of you to think they are.
If it's still under warrenty, MAYBE Tom Tom would replace the unit free of charge . But don't hold your breath. As a cracked screen wouldn't be under the fair wear and tear usage policy. So I'm afraid it's a case of dusting those cobwebs out of your wallet.
The strange thing about your question is why open up the tom tom in the first place ?
You can't possibly have a replacement screen!
Your either 11 years old or a very strange person.

Call tech support! That's why these people get paid. Sites like this wouldn't need to exist if they did their jobs correctly!
