All you need is windows media player and or you can drag and drop you music by right clicking on your player and going to explore and going to the music folder. Then you dont have to use any software that the player says you need to use.wb7ffl
Did you install Vista yourself? Coud you have installed Vista on a PC that is not Vista ready? Most likely problem is that your video card is not supported for the preview feature of Vista. However, if you are sure that your video card is Vista compatible then you might need to find the latest (Vista compatible) driver for your video card. I once upgraded a video card driver to find that it suddenly supports Vista window preview function.
Sorry to ask u ,how old it is,this kind of problem is found due to following reasons
1)driver software:uninstall n reinstall driver
2)scanner is dusty:clean the scanner from inside
3)inner scanner cable(black cable) defective:replace cable
but before all try this
1)go to my computer,u can see icon of scanjet 2400
2)right clk,clk get pictures.....,new window will open,
3)click preview n wait n see does it shows the preview?
4)if it shows preview then reinstall hp director,or try above mentioned steps,definately the problem will be solved,
