You need to clarify whether microphone or its connection bad or system causing the problem. I suggest you to try with external bluetooth or normal headset. If sound microphone works with headset you need to have microphone connection be fixed
you have to remove the back of the phone with a small tri screw driver. underneath the board in a corner there is a flat cable that connects the screens to the board. It came loose. press the flat cabe back into the the board chip. they will lock together. the screens will work.. I just did this with my sons phone.
