What is the code for a symphonic tv and a rca remote. I also need insructions on how to program the remote that works with my tv. I lost the instructions

These are the steps on how to program your RCA Universal Remote Control to your Symphonic TV.

1. Press and "HOLD" CODE SEARCH.
2. Press and release the TV button. When the TV button flashes proceed to the next step.
3. Enter the three digit code. In your case, the code for the Symphonic TV are 064 or 076.
   
4. Release CODE SEARCH.
5. With the TV on, press another button, for example CHANNEL UP. If the TV responds, no further programming is required. If the TV does not respond, repeat steps 1-5 using the other code number.
