Check operating temperatures, check core temp of the processor and memory modules, you can do that by looking at its bios, and locate about system health, if the processor is to hot it would shut off, also check your drivers, if it is booting up to desktop the after sometime shuts off, try locating drivers that are not compatible. better yet re-install the os itself then this time try to load exact drivers for your motherboard

I have a HP Z400 with windows xp sp3 installed. Recently the computer has been randomly turning itself off twice a day with no error messages. The computer can be turned back on right away and nothing...

I would update the drivers, check with the chip set manufacturer for updated firmware and run diagnostics on the RAM and hard drive.
That should cover most angles.

Turn on turn off

To put it simply the power source is too weak. Get on that is at least 450W for a no name or 400W certified one.

I HAVE A SONY KP65WS510 REAR PROJECTION T.V. AND WHEN I TURN IT ON IT TURNS OFF RIGHT AWAY.. I ALREADY CHECKED THE FUSE AND ITS GOOD.. WHATS WRONG WITH MY T.V.?

This is a CRT based set and when the protection circuits kick in and shutdown the set, the standby light should be blinking in a repeated count pattern. Please post that count here. That will indicate the circuit that caused the shutdown. There are common failures that can be listed for each code.

Thanks,
Dan
