your 3100 may need an up-grade, have you changed your phone lately? most common problem is that new phones have newer software versions and you need to up-grade the software on the parrot 3100 to suit
when pairing your blackberry, the phone asked to accept connection, just below this there is a small box saying (dont ask again) you must tick this for auto connection. hope this helps

I sent an email to Parrot support and they responded the very next
morning. They suggested I remove some of the paired devices in
the Parrot. I had 5 phones listed in there and deleted them
all. The Bold paired immediately with the Parrot after I did
that!!!!!
Well, according to THIS, the Blackberry 8100 can only be used for hands free calling with a Go920...
That said, it shlould be possible to establish a connection between the two...
Let the Go find the phone, not other way around...
It can take a LONG time searching for the phone, and it may not be able to establish a connection automatically..
If so, try to set it up manually, it will ask for that if it fails...
