Dont' worry a PUK code is unique series digit of number from your network provider to unlock lg xenon from sim blocking caused by miss password configuration. Your phone will ask that puk code when you entering wrong password to unlock lg phone for many times. This code can you found at your sim card package or you can ask from your network provider. If you need the PUK ( Personal Unblocking Key ) for your phone, you will have to contact your mobile phone service provider.
PUK code is related to the SIM card you are using. So, kindly call the Customer support of your mobile service provider and they will provide you with the PUK code.
Also, entering a wrong PUK code ten times in a row disables the SIM card permanently. So, please be careful while entering the PUK code.

1. if you've already registered the sim with the network- go to home page on web login to your account click on the help section click on unblock my sim, enter your mobile number & hey presto PUK code appears
2. ring the network & ask them for your PUK code
