Does your printer have a CD disk to install it on your computer. Go into My Computer and delete or remove everything that is associated with that printer then reinstall using your disk. That will reset it back to factory installation.
Oh my goodness, who uses a modem? Please don't tell me you get on the internet using a phone line and modem.
Ohh Internet Modem as his first sentence says. I'm thinking that means he has a high speed modem from a internet service provider. Ok, I would suggest that you remove the power cord, remove the battery, turn the laptop over and find the cover that houses the wireless modem and remove the antennas (black and white cables) from the wireless card, then remove the wireless card from the slot. Now press and hold the power button for 30 seconds, then put everything back together and reboot.
Have you connected all computers, then switched off the switch and modem. now switch off your computers.
If you then power everything up, it should detect the computers, and assign them the correct IP addresses.
If your still having problems, you may need to assign static ip addresses (google for instructions for your computers/switch)
Should just be 1 disk for the install. Go to your devices and make sure your printer is plugged in to the power and to the computer. Click on add a printer, select add a local printer, and the computer should scan and recognize your plugged in printer and install it again. If your computer doesn't see the device, check your cable.
The operating system has been corrupted by virus. You have to reformat the PC and re-install operating system which you use.
Only then your printer driver will work properly.
In this case your usable dada may be lost.
When you say reinstall modem is it regarding the update of username and password on the modem
If yes then you don't need any disk Find the reset button at the bottom/behind the modem Push and hold it for one minute Then, Open browser go to 192.168.0.1 Once you enter the modem page you will find the username and password Update the username and password provided by ISP
