Lost settings Dear sir/madam, i am writing to you in order to find solution at my problem. My problem is that i have deleted the Settings.610 of my MP3 player trascend T.sonic with 2GB memory. I would like to know if i could do some thning ti solve my problem.I tried to recover it by reset button but nothing happened. Thank you for spending your time with my e-mail and i will be glad if you sent me back the solution of my problem.     Hi,

    I have formatted my T.sonic 610 1GB mp3 player. Now my this player is not working.

    Current Problem

    The mp3 player is dead. I can not even start this. When connected to
    the usb port, nothing appearing(I expected the charging symbol) on the
    screen of the player.



    Action Taken so far

    ==================

    Downloaded firmware from Transcend's site and followed the instruction.
    But after a few steps my computer searching for new device infinitely.

Go to the transcend usa website. Use this link:

http://www.transcendusa.com/Support/DLCenter/index.asp

Download the firmware (for free). Download the user manual (for free). The user manual tells you step by step how to go about installing the firmware which will restore the lost settings. However, any data you had will have been deleted.

your device will work again.

    the firmware downloaded form transcendusa.com for t sonic 610 does not work on windows 7. tied running it compatibility mode but failed. pls help
