I looked on the manual about this problem and i didnt saw any article that is related to this.....thanks......

You will NOT be able to locate those stars at the exact coordinate given for them. This is a scam.
While it might make a nice gift, we recently tried to locate a gift star using our Astronomy club's 16 inch computer GOTO scope. NOTHING was at the location in the sky.
Sorry but other than a "nice" gift you will not find anything in your 4.5 inch scope.
On page 24 of the manuel it shows the symbol that you mentioned below the battery symbol. It's labeled item 4. Which states "flashes in red when the lithium button battery is not installed, or when it needs replacing". I guess you need to check the lithium battery with a voltmeter to see if it's any good.
Blinking red light is a standby phase, its not going to get hot like this. Shake it or just start ironing, the red light will go solid and the plate will heat up. The red light will go off when the plate is hot enough. It will go on again (solid) after a few minutes to keep the plate at the right temperature. If you leave it standing around for a while it will begin blinking again (standby).
These irons are known for malfunctioning though, mine stays in standby and the plate never heats up! Hopefully yours is fine.
