From the information described it appears that you have a mal-ware problem. I would suggest running any anti spy ware protection, as well as any Anti Virus protection. You are able to gain free ad-aware protection by visiting http://www.lavasoft.com/. I hope this helps
if it is done at the operator level then u can't come to know that it is being tapped!! it it is monitored by any spy ware in your phone then u can keep pressing the menu key and see if any program like spy caller is running in background if yes then ur calls may be recorded in the phone itself and can be heard by the person who installed it on to your phone with the password!

An anti-spyware app installs like any other app, but it is nearly impossible to install spyware on a blackberry without it showing in the applications list, so anti-spy-ware applications are mostly pointless. don't waste your memory or your money.
get rid of it ...and install a free avg with spy-ware protection and all ...it s updating daily ..and I had no problems with it in 2 years..they release a new version every few months and I'm content with the software ...its settable...for your own needs and reliable..
Be very careful that you haven't been leaving your phone lying around where someone has access to it for more than 5 minutes because if they have a laptop and a special usb cable and socket, they can attach your phone to the laptop and install a special spy program on your phone and you would never know it...scarier still is that your phone does not have to be on for the other person to evesdrop on whatever you are saying, the software can activate the mic on the phone even when it is closed. They will also receive every call when you get them, every test entry from both parties etc. I would take the phone into a service center for a diagnostic and they can tell if you have spy-ware installed on the phone. It is cheap for buy and esy to use and it is everywhere on the web. Keep your phone safe and with you always...the only way to defeat the saftware is to take the battery out of the phone.....
