Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

My microsoft wirless optical notebook mouse 4000 is not working i bought it nov 26 2010 and just changed the battery and it is still not working

These need to be cleaned regularly and the surface where they are used as well. I clean mine with a windex wipe or a paper towel dampened with windex. Do not get it wet! If this does not help try going to the Microsoft website to check for an updated driver to download. You should be able to find your mouse and corresponding software download here:

Out of the blue my mouse quit working. I replaced the batteries, tried resetting it, and even moved the usb and still nothing. What do I do?

maybe the wirless transiver stopped working, if it had warinty that is still valid you could try to contact logitech or the store you bought it from. If not you could still contact logitech and see what they say since they made the mouse.

Problem with my Sony PCGA-WMS5 wirless mouse

Normal 0 If the mouse doesn't have a little door to open on the bottom, then try this. Just behind the Left and Right keys where your hand rests, apply firm pressure down on the cover and slide to the rear. Some mouse manufactures have used this type of access to replace the batteries.
Hope this helps. Bud

Wirless mouse is not working

Try another wireless MAC mouse to check to see if it has failed. If the new one does not work, then the wireless receiver in the computer is not responding and will need service.

I am assuming that you checked to see that the mouse set-up is enabled.

Logitech MX Duo Wirless Keyboard/Mouse Combo

I can't find a users guide but I did find drivers based on your model number. Once the drivers are loaded it will walk you through setting up of the mouse and keyboard and have a help section. Download software and install. Pick the correct operating system. Hope this helps.,en&legacy=1
