1st thing is make sure the dishwasher is heating up the water.
if it is heating... you spray arms may be blocked up with food particals.

you need to flush out the dishwasher, fill a cup with vinager and put it in the dishwasher standing up, then run the dishwasher thru a heavy duty cycle with no dishs. Then cut back on your soap, with new dishwashers and soaps you dont need much at all
