My Grasshog spins, but, will not cut grass.

Sounds like you have a broken shaft internally.

A pluged air filter will cause that. Depends on what altitude you are at, the carb needs to be adjusted per the altitude, see if it runs at a half choke, this tells you if it is getting to much air. The fuel mixture screw should out 3/4 to 1&1/4 turn out from bottom. Also if your oil mixture is to rich it will power out, 50:1 is 3.2oz. to a Gal. of gas. Also dependes on how old the machine is. Might have to go 80:1
