Symantec is antivirus and mother board name will be different which mentioned audio problem is different check wether the driver is properly installed.

there can be a few reasons

the motherboard can be faulty

or the hard drive could be faulty

to test if its the mother board or hard drive attach another hard drive and re-install if it works its the hard drive if it wont or cant install its the mother board

Is your motherboard actually Windows 7 Compatible? It looks as if you have an ARM processor, if this is the case you will not be able to install Windows (7 or otherwise)

It may mean that the correct driver for the USB chip is not installed. Try going to mother board or the PC maker website to see if they have the WINDOWS 7 driver for your PC hardware. That will be the first thing to check.

Windows 7 Should automatically take drivers. Otherwise you have to ask to manufacturer. Or just check hardware compatibility on Microsoft site.

Yes probably the system comes with a lower or higher version of operating system . what you are to do is not get the driver if you are sure there is a speaker attached to the system or probably an inbuilt speaker then after your installation of the sound driver compatible with window 7 then you test it by playing a music file and thats all you need.
