DELL Optilex GX110 - RAM

Put the "old" RAM back into the computer, to see if the PC will work at all, or if you damaged the motherboard when you were changing the RAM, or if you accidentally disconnected some cables or jumper-blocks.

My dell optiplex GX110 motherboard problem

I would suggest defaulting the bios, either by way of the cmos jumper, or by entering the bios at boot, selecting "load defaults" from the menu at the bottom of the screen, save and exit. If setting the defaults does not fix the onboard IDE then you have a hardware failure. They make IDE adaptors that plug into a PCI slot, that could get you back into operation, but I'm afraid if the IDE has gone on the mobo, what's next? I would be afraid something else will fail.
Maybe you'll get lucky with the defaults.

Cant boot up Computer- Memory address line failure

From the failures its probably a RAM memory problem , which means that you should try a different ram module that is working , or if possible try the ram module of this pc in another one thats working.
