Please be informed that any hardware device needs a driver software to run within a PC, and the driver software depends on the Hardware Make/Model and the Operating System software you are using in your PC to operate it.You will get the Driver software of any hardware within the CD provided with the hardware part at the time of its purchase. The hardware may be an entire PC,Laptop,VGA card, sound card, LAN card,webcam,printers,scanners etc.


If you do not have the CD or misplaced it somewhere then you need to download the driver software to get going. Thus you need to know all the above information to get the exact software your PC needs. As you have not mentioned the Model Number of the webcam you are using, i am unable to give you the direct download link.

However you can download the same by just visiting the company website's download section that manufactured the product.

1st You download Webcam Driver.

After this install the Webcam driver in the system.
Installation of Webcam Driver
Go to the control panel
Click on the System Icon
Click on the Hardware Tab
Click on the Device Manager s
Select the Unknown Device or printer device where yellow Question Marks sign on it.
Right click on it and uninstall it.
After this go to the top of the device manager and click on scan for hardware changes.
Driver installation Wizard start.
Brows Your Driver from the Hard Disk and click on next.
Driver will be install.

1st You download Webcam Driver.

hi try this ... if you are installing a new device it is recommended that you install the software first then restart your pc and plug/connect your device !then go to Start,control panel , add hardware follow the on screen instructions add new hardware /yes i have connected the new hardware( then if you cant find the new hardware) just choose/ add new hardware device /search and install automatically !it should find the files for it to install properly

First check the device manager from the control panel. Check and see if there is a audio device detected and if it is a problem device.If the device has a problem try removing the audio software and then remove the audio device.then re-boot the computer and windows should detect the hardware and begin installing drivers. Make sure you have the updated drivers from Dell downloaded and the updated software. If it does not detect the hardware after re-boot you can try adding hardware manually in the control panel and have it auto detect any new hardware. If these thins do not work the audio card or built in audio may have stopped working. You can buy a basic PCI audio car for fairly cheap to install on your computer if you cannot get the audio to work.

Please download the latest drivers from their website at http://www.startech.com/Data/ProductDrivers/USB2TVTUNER.zip

Please follow the below steps and this should provide a resolution.
1. Unplug the USB2TVTUNER from the PC
2. Uninstall the following from Add/Remove Programs
a) USB Video/Audio Device Driver
b) Windows Media Tools 4.0
c) XTV2.0
Extract the file downloaded to your Desktop, make sure you remove any cds from your drive.
3. Restart the computer (leave the USB2TVTUNER unplugged)
4. Install USB2TVTUNER\Windows.32bit\AP Software\setup.exe from the folder you downloaded. This will install three separate programs, please install all of them.
5. Restart the computer (leave the USB2TVTUNER unplugged)
6. Install USB2TVTUNER\Windows.32bit\Driver\Setup.exe from the folder you downloaded.
7. Restart the computer (leave the USB2TVTUNER unplugged)
8. After the computer is 100% loaded into Windows, plug the USB2TVTUNER in. It should self install itself.
