Why is the Dc15 brush bar jumping , whilst moving vacume backwards ?

The roller brush is not balanced. Check everything inside the head unit. Brush, belt and debris. The belt may have burn marks from the motor shaft or if someone worked on the vacuum cleaner beforehand, this could be the only reason.

There are two possible options one is the belt for the drive is shot, the other is that the transmission is shot we tend to go out.

I have model 261 3/4 in drive impact gun. When in tighten mode it doesn't work all the time. It does work and then it doesn't, all you hear is air.

Air motors have plastic fins in them that make it turn. They slide in and out of slots on the motor. You can tear it apart and clean them, but if you don't put all parts back in just right, gun will not work at all. I usually try to run wd-40 thru the gun. It is messy, but the more the better. You can also use carb cleaner (brake cleaner will eat paint, rubber, anything pastic) and then oil with air tool oil. Careful of the cleaner it is flammable!

The tractor will not go forward or backward it starts right up but will not engage

1) The drive belt between the engine and transmission has broken or jumped off a pulley.
OR
2) Your hydrostatic transmission is dead.

DO NOT STICK YOUR FINGERS UP INSIDE A RUNNING MOWER TO SEE IF THE DRIVE BELT IS MOVING.

222 going through to 261

Try connecting 222 back up and look up the call forwarding cancel code. My guess, is your mystery phone system is a Nortel CICS which uses a FEATURE 4 to set and FEATURE #4 to cancel CF.

If you can't find the Call Forwarding codes in your user's guide, try posting back the system make and model number as a comment and I'll see if I can get you the proper codes.

IR 261 air wrench vanes sticking

NOT exactly a solution, but may help you with your problem: I'm also a Owner of a 261 ( In fact 90% 0f all my Air Tools are IR) that I used everyday when I was working on Terex Equipment & EMD Locomotives. I "Upgraded" the Major Parts inside my Gun to the "Industrial Line" rather than the Automotive Parts since the 261 is classified as a Automotive Tool..and Installing an Adjustable Regulator on the Gun Helped a Lot too...by "tweeking" my Gun out, I was Pumping almost as much torque as some of the 1" Guns...
FYI: Don't Over Oil as the Oil will absorb into the Vanes, causing them to Expand in thickness "Permanently"...just 2-3 drops of a Hi-Grade Air Tool Oil before starting the Day is enough...sounds to me like your Picking up some contamination someplace??

3.1 IR Dish remote doen't work right

I would suggest to open the remote and clean the contacts very gentle using rubbing alcohol. If the cleaning does not work, it means the remote keypad is not longer functional.

Bernina 930

Have you ever done a thorough internal oil of your machine? These mechanical machines rely on oil to keep moving but, over time, that oil dries and starts to stick things together. I do a deep internal oil about annually and oil the hook at least every 8 hours of sewing.

Wheel on right side that controls the needle up and down is very tight...

There's an oil diagram in this answer:

How do you open bernina 930 sewing machine especially removing the side...
