If you have already called your wireless customer service and they were no help i would call Samsung directly, their 800 number is on their website...but the PUK code can only be given out by your wireless service provider..If you have AT&T you can go online to attmywireless.com log into your acct. and your PUK code is listed under your phone somewhere on your acct. on line also

menu > settings > security > change lock code > apply master code in place of lock code and press ok > enter new code what you want
