I cannot download the yahoo messenger 10 because my of the local disk have no space but i keep on deleting the other files in local disk but still accpept the downloading of YM10. How can i make it?

Try a clean uninstall reinstall of Yahoo messenger.
Assuming that your Operating system is Windows XP. First go to Start>Control Panel> Add/Remove Programs
Select Yahoo Messenger & Click on Remove. Once it is completed, Open My Computer > Local Disk C:\Program Files\Yahoo! and delete this folder.
Delete the folders below if exists.
C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator\Local Settings\Application Data\Yahoo
C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Yahoo!
Then download the latest version from the Yahoo website and install it.

try downloading it from yahoo website and during installation keep your antivirus or firewall disable..........

Also, you may have a software problem
Close all programs when uninstalling, downloading and uploading.
After uninstalling from the Control Panel back this up with a visit to your 'C' drive to ensure the 'Messenger' program is fully deleted.
Start > Computer >> Local disk (C) >> Programs files >> Yahoo >> Messenger.
With Vista, the Messenger folder should be fully deleted, all too often software gets left behind creating conflicts.If it is still visible, delete it manually before moving on.
Download ccleaner and run it through until your browser is clean.

Try deleting the yahoo messenger folder from the local hard drive "c:\Program Files", also scan your computer for viruses before re-installing Yahoo Messenger.

I was going to say it is yahoo 9. You'll need to acquire the full version from some download site. You also need to check onot he version you have currently to know if it is full or beta version.

Alternatively, you can run the installation as Administrator. Right click on exe file and choose Run as Administrator. That will enable you to run it will admin privillage.

The problem is with the Yahoo uninstall software which fails to clear the old Messenger folder out and creates conflicts with the incoming new software - If you had not started to uninstall I would have recommend you download revo and uninstall with that.

Keep this in mind if you manage to install messenger but still have problems
You will have to go into your C drive and delete the left behind software
Click ( > ) Start > Computer >> Local disk (C) >> Program files >>Yahoo >> Messenger - if you have Vista the folder should be empty - if you have pre- Vista the only sub-folder remaining should be 'Profile' ( The message Archive file) manually delete everything except 'Profile' by right clicking and deleting. When finished restart your computer and finish the install - download the new Messenger from filehippo.

Try deleting all your temporary files.

1. Click Local Disk(C:)
2. Click Documents and Settings, Your Document Name
3. Local Settings
4. Temp Folder
5. Delete all the files inside the Temp Folder

Delete all your cache, internet temporary files,and cookies

• Open your web browser
• On the toolbar menu, Click Tools
• Delete all files (History,cache,temp files,cookies).

Uninstall your previous YM installation. Reboot your computer. Download and reinstall your Yahoo Messenger.

Step 1: Uninstall the Yahoo Messenger

Step 2: Go to Run

Step 3: Type REGEDIT

Step 4: Delete the Yahoo Messenger and try re-installing it again.
