My 2001 audi allroad has a navigation plus system. When i put in the pin number, it says pin not connected. How do i fix

Heidi, No electric release. The latch is probably stuck. While you pull the interior hood release have an assistant push down and pull up repeatably/vigorously until hood releases from stuck position. Lube latch and cable before closing hood. The port is located on the lower dash knee bolster, near your left knee when seated in the drivers seat (assuming Left hand drive) near the hood latch

could be horn (high or low tone?) could be fuse if both arent working or clock spring.

The RADIO CODE is the security number from device car; generally this is located in the stocker label in back side radio or in the last page of the owners manual. If you dont find it, need call to the delaer and with the VIN and Serial number they can send it to you (sometimes you need to pay for this service).

It is buried on this, you need to remove and label everything that is ins the way (I take digital picutres of the process so if whenI am putting something back together and cant remember how it goes, I can look at them for reference

Yes, you have to do this and yes it is a pin, would highly reccommend taking this to a ASE certified local mechanic who speciallizes in AUDI NOT a dealership
