The 3 knobs each have 6 positions corresponding to clock-face positions 2,4,5,7,8,10 o'clock.

Left - Grill Temperature 1-6. (Note Oven Temp needs to also be turned on before grill will work.)

Centre - Function
1 - Lamp
2 - Defrost (fan only)
3 - Fan Assisted Oven
4 - Grill
5 - Grill with Fan
6 - Fan & Bottom Element

Right - Oven Temp 50,100,150,200,250,Max (celsius)

Hi - Are you able to provide model number of the oven - or describe the front controls as they have about 6 different types of controls regardless of the brand name 'paprika'

F-03 code is a defective temperature sensor.
It is inside the oven on the back wall up high. A thin piece of metal about 3 inches long.
It should unscrew and be removed from inside the oven. A volt meter set for ohms should read 1100 +/- 50 ohms. If more or less ohms replace the sensor.
