My dog ran past the foot controller and jerked the cord out. Now it reads an error F04 Foot controller breaker. I have tried a different foot controller and still shows the error. Can I fix this?

The error message F04 Foot Controller Breaker likely indicates that the foot controller has shorted out or is no longer functioning properly. Depending on the device you are using, it may be possible to repair it yourself, but in many cases, you will need to send it to the manufacturer for repair or replacement.
If you have tried using a different foot controller and are still seeing the error message, it is possible that the problem is with the device itself, rather than the foot controller. You may want to check the wiring and connections for any visible damage, and make sure that all cables are properly connected and secure.
If you are unable to resolve the issue yourself, it may be best to contact the manufacturer for further assistance. They may be able to provide additional troubleshooting steps or information on how to obtain a repair or replacement.

I have a Simplicity Deluxe 12 Felting machine. Foot pedal no longer works. Have tried everywhere for replacement. Can you advise me where to get one? or maybe a compatible sewing machine foot pedal?

Tough finding any information on this machine. I believe the single cord 3.5mm Brother is what you need but better call them and see what they say.

Need the cord to my singer machine: model 2250/ serial # ZHC928602149 Where can I get one?

Several online shops have Singer sewing machine parts. The power cord is integrated with the foot control. Sewing Parts online has the part on the product parts page: https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/singer-2250-sewing-machine-parts.aspx . The direct link is https://www.sewingpartsonline.com/foot-control-and-cord-singer-359102-001.aspx . Singer also has the foot control and cord: https://www.singeronline.com/2250.html . Note: make sure to order the power cord appropriate for your location. These sites have the foot control for 120V (for North American outlets).

I hope this helps.

FOOT PEDAL REGULATOR STUCK "ON"

I dont know about the Singer, but I frequently get this on older Bernina models. The foot controller has a suppressor capacitor across the regulator and, on the Berninas, these capacitors fail with age, mainly because they were not specified with a high enough operating voltage for UK markets. Depending upon model, this component might be separately wired directly across the switch contacts or might be on a small circuit board. It is usually rated at 250V - I now routinely replace these with modern parts rated at 1000V and never have returns.

Bernina 930 foot control cord

Not easily - the plug is molded-on so it's best to get a complete new cord - they're still available.

My Pfaff 2030 model seems to have a problem with the connecting foot control. It cuts out and if I wiggle the cord and hold it just so it works. A bit hard to sew one handed. Can I order a new connecting...

You can order a new foot control complete or you can just order the cord for the foot control. If you just get the cord you will have to soldier a couple of things from your old cord to the new one.

Where can I buy an electrical supply and foot control for a Thompson Mini Walking foot Model PW 201

Almost any dealer will sell a replacement part for the sailrite. Its a standard type controller, the cost is 40-80 depending on the quality of the controller and cord. Take the machine in the shop and try to be sure its a correct fit. Sailrite has a mail service as well.

Elna supermatic...the light comes on ,,but nothing else works

Turn the machine on, press the foot control down and turn the handwheel backwards. If it sputters, the motor carbon brushes are worn to the springs and need replacing.

Next, while pressing on the foot control, try wiggling the wires around where it enters to machine and where it enters the foot control. There may be a short in the cord. If the short is at the machine, you need a new cord. If it is at the foot control, the cord can be pulled into the foot control, the shorted part cut off and the connection reattached.

If it still doesn't work, try removing the cord from the machine and placing an alligator clip test lead to two of the inlet prongs on plugging it into power. Which two prongs you ask? Try several combinations, (one will light up the lamp) CAREFUL: THE MACHINE MAY SUDDENLY TAKE OFF AT FULL SPEED, SO REMOVE THE BOBBIN, THE THREAD AND NEEDLE FIRST. if it runs, it is your foot control. If it doesn't run, it's likely the motor brushes or motor.
