I have a ICONCEPTS VGA WEB CAM, i LOST THE CD FOR IT , i HAD TO WIPE MY LAPTOP AND NEED TO REINSTALL CAN U TELL ME IF THERE ARE DRIVES i CAN DOWN LOAD FOR IT.

do you have software for the cam if so make sure the cam was not plugged in while you ran the software
try device manager see if a cam driver shows click it and updtae
if still having a problem then click and uninstall

Here is the only free driver available, First click on (free registration required)and complete registration. Then click vc2110-w98seme-i.zip input your registration details start download and choe download to hard disk.
Here is the link to the software for your web cam. All you have to do is click on which operating system you are using, then click save the file and save it to your desktop so you know where it is. Then just run the software before you plug in the web cam. During the install it will tell you when the program wants you to plug in the camera.
