The battery is probably defective, take the battery out and test it, it should be at 12 volts.

My light dont come on when im pushing the trigger

The internal control unit will not let the bulb operate if the battery is not up to voltage. To recharge the battery, you will need a 12VDC 300mA adapter. It will take 12 to 15 Hours to charge. If that doesn't work, replace the battery

Looking for a 120V to 12V charger for a Professional"s Favorite 17.5 million cp spotlight.

You should be able to use any AC adaptor that puts out a 12 volt DC current and has correct polarity. Based on the estimated size of the battery powering your spotlight, you probably will want a charger that provides at least 1000 mA of power--the charger that came with my ThorX 10 million cp spotlight puts out 1500 mA to charge the two batteries in that light. A lower amperage rating will increase the amount of time it takes to charge your light, but it should still work.
You can find a replacement charger at Radio Shack, which sells chargers that can be fitted with a variety of different tips. However, you might be able to find a cheaper universal charger with a tip that works at a discount store like a Walmart, or you might get lucky at a thrift shop or second-hand store and find a 12v charger that will work with your light. 12 volts is a common output for a lot of different devices, so it shouldn't be hard to track a replacement down. Just make sure you have the adaptor tip polarity correct, or else you could make your battery explode if you try to charge it with reversed poles.

I have been charging my 2 million candle power spot light for last 2 days but full battery charge indicator (red light) does not flash yet. the led white light is working but the main lamp doesn't work....

It should take 10-12 hours, any longer the battery is no good, you can test the battery using a Volt Meter, the battery should be reading 12 volts, any less and the battery will need to be replaced. You can order a new one from Black and Decker, they purchased Vector in 2006, here is the link;

Dead battery

It depends on what voltage the internal battery is. If it's a 6 volt, the charging voltage will be a little higher, close to 6.5 to 7 volts. Most of these spotlights are 6 volt. New batteries can be found at Battery International: http://batteryinternational.com/spotlight-batteries-vector-battery.html
