If your jag is right drive it is located passenger side
Left hand drive is located drivers side
Filters can not be interchanged
Your parts shops must have LHD filters
Check internet for prices, also phone local dealer to compare prices
good luck barry

Water is coming in pass side when it rains on 2003 jag x type, recent problem, had cabin filters changed could this have been done wrong

It may be part of the problem, if the filters are located in the cowl (the part of the car in between the windshield, and the hood) It may be as simple as the cover not being on quite right. May just want to pop the hood and inspect everything along the cowl to make sure it all looks right.

How do i change the cabin filter in a jaguar s type 2000

To change the cabin filter on a s-type you will have to open the bonnet and look to the plastic scuttle panel below the windscreen and wich ever side your steering wheel is it will be the opposite side..

For a rhd vehicle you will want to go to the left corner of the car and remove the first 3 clips that hold the scuttle panel to the brace then there will be 2 blanking plugs above (almost at the top of the panel) remove the 2 T20 sdrews and lift the panel up enought so you can get your hand on the filter door. Lift the flap up then swap your old filter with a new one.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD THE AIR & CABIN (POLLEN) FILTERS BE CHANGED ON X TYPE 2lt DIESEL ?

These filters should both be replaced at the same time, every 6000 miles or every other oil change. However, the cabin filter almost always fouls up faster than the engine air filter, so maybe every 3000 miles for the cabin.

How to install a 2003 Jaguar S-Type cabin air filter

Have to first remove the plastic cover under the windshield wipers in order to have access to the cabin air filter. It is held together by plastic expansion plugs and four torx bolt covered by rectangular cover. Then remove the windshield wiper and presto air filter.
