Check the drain lines to make sure the are not plugged and check the hidifier pad to be sure it is not scaled up and not letting the water flow through the pad. Last thing is make sure the humidifier is level so the water isn't leaking out the cover instead of the drain.

Left bottle will not empty before the F button comes on what should i do

If the unit is on carpet, use the caster feet supplied with the unit. The weight of the bottles causes the front of the unit to be lower than the back. This prevents the sensor from switching bottles, causing the left bottle not to empty. The caster feet keep the water sufficiently level for the sensor to work.

Here is another thread on the matter.

Our HCM-640bw Honeywell humidifier will leak water onto the floor. If I fill the tank and let it sit without turning it on, no leaking. When it runs for about two hours it leaks bad. Any ideas on how to...

Found a hairline crack in the water canister. Had to locate by filling the canister and waiting for a couple of minutes for water droplets to form outside the canister. This ever so slight crack allowed air to enter the chamber and made changes to water dispensing rate which overfilled the resevoir over time ( hours). The cracks were not visible under 10X magnification without the water droplets.

Clarion da1030 steamed carpet to white?

Hi, I really hate to give bad news it affects my ratings! The hot water didn't bleach the carpet, more like washed the color out. The dye in the carpet was no match for boiling hot water and the result was washed out spots. You can try to find some commercial dyes to fix the spots or replace the affected area. Sorry!

Water Tank leaks all over the floor

This happened to me the second night of use.  Water all over the carpet and a dripping vent. I called customer service and they told me to remove the tank and filter, and run unit dry for an hour or so. Then restart it.  Worked fine after that.  I think we may have bumped it which is said to be the cause of most leaks.  Bummer is that after 5 night of use the grip on water tank slipped and the tank is in pieces.

Humidifier leaks

My Air-O-Swiss U7142 has a leak from the very bottom. I found that as long as the water flows on to the "pan" that evaporizes the water, the water will come out from the bottom. Does anybody know how to fix this?
