Z6100 PRINT IMAGE TOO RED

1. Run the Diagnostic Print. Verify the health of the printheads, and replace as necessary.

2. Run a printhead alignment.

3. Run a Color Calibration on the media you will be using for final output. If your media does not support color calibration, you may need to upgrade your media to one that is supported, to be able to manage your colors, or use en external spectrophotometer.

4. Please report your results for further troubleshooting.

I would recommend uninstalling the print driver, going to HP.com and downloading the latest driver and reinstalling it.

How do i get full size 24 x 36 at 1/4" scale?

I just ran through the HP site and it now appears that the GL2 code is an upgrade item.

I also now believe that you need to be able to manipulate the image in an application such as Adobe PhotoShop family or Adobe Illustrator.

So we come back to exactly what are you tyring to do? How is the image being sent to the printer"? Does your printer driver allow you to do "NUP" printing as in "4UP". This allows the printer to automatically reduce the image of 4 pictures on the 24X36 page.

My Design Jet 1050c does not like to print PDF's. It says receiving low memory right now and is taking an extremely long time

Two questions:
1. How large is the PDF file and is saved on your local hard drive?
2. How is the plotter connected to your computer? Network or directly connected via parallel or USB?

Try changing how the printer processes the print job.
On the driver properties / preferences, select the Advanced tab and change the Process Document to "in computer" and then try printing again.

HP Design Jet 450 C won't print

***it could be a communication issue: port setting, cable, ecc.

It could be a driver problem too. You need a compatible version with your Windoes version.

HP z2100 horizontal lines where the text or object are

Check for updated firmware and drivers. Also, if all your object and text or black try changing them to color and see if that helps, maybe there is something wrong with your black printhead, the black may not be used when printing photos, the printer may be using process black for photoes and real black for black text and objects.
