Milwaukee tools have a 5yr warranty, best thing to do is to take it to a service center. It could be anything from the cord to switch, brushes, field coil etc. If it is newer than 5 yrs, thats the best route.

check connection and wires at battery for damage or corrosion if good check for power to ignition switch if no power check for damaged or shorted wiring if good turn key and check if power going to relays or accessory's at fuse panel if no power switch may be bad
If you tried to reset it and nothing happened, the battery may be dead. This happened to my daughter's Garmin GPS twice. I replaced the battery and bingo! I never understand why the unity needs a battery even when connecting it to the car's power cord...
Try reseating the RAM modules, If this does not work then the RAM maybe faulty. Remove the RAM module/s and take them to your friendly computer repair shop and get them to test the RAM for you. If the RAM is faulty them it needs to be replaced.
try to press and hold Fn and F8 - this is to toggle screen setting to ext and back to LCD on laptop. if nothing happens turn off computer by pressing power button, unplug the ac adapter, remove the battery. remvoe residual electricity from computer by pressing power button 10 times. just plug again the ac and leave the battery out. Pres and hold the letter D and while holding that press the power button once and release both of them. it will perform the built in self test on the lcd. if nothing happens, turn off computer. press anf hold Fn and while holding it press power button. it will perform diagnosis on computer. if still nothing happens need to repalce motherboard and LCD.
Sorry but something like that can't be fixed with internet help, you will need to take the computer to your IT person. you can try removing the batt and power for 10 seconds then start in with power only. other then that. you could be lookinf at faulty hardware + and that could be anything
try to get into the bios and see if the function of the power switch assigned differently. there are MB that use the a hotkey in the keyboard to power-up the system. It should be there in bios. Read the MB's manual too. On OFF state, try typing "O" and "N" then hit enter
remove battery plug in power...see what happens ...nothing happens press and hold power button until you hear response(shut down)press power as usual to boot.if it doesnt work first time try a few times more remember to keep power button pressed to shut down.
