Sentry safe model 1330. i turned the dial anti clockwise 3 times, then clockwise to the No 55, then anti clock - 90, then clock - 28, then pulled the handle down. it only goes half way down and will not open! any little hints that may help?

5. Turn the dial to the right (clockwise) two times to the second number of the combination (pass your second number once, stopping on it the second time).
