SOURCE: Heater Burner ignites but main blower motor will not turn on.
it sound like the blower motor may be seizing up. try spining the blade by hand to see if it feels free or not. the motor could be trying to turn but can then tripping itself out on overload. (most motors have built in safety overloads which will trip during an overcurrant event. aka too many amps.) you may have to replace blower motor
SOURCE: pilot will not stay on
replace your regulater, which almost cost as much a a new heater.I have own 4 or 5 and finally got a good one,I have in the past cleaned out the regulator that was plugged with oil from the propane, they put oil in the propane for leak detection,I hope this helps you

SOURCE: Is it o k to bend the thermocouple tip. The only
Bending it will ruin it. You need to find out why the pilot flame is not as strong as it should be.
It is usually caused by bugs or spiders having gotten into the small air mix jet of the pilot assembly and died or built a web or, there is some dirt from the fuel that is partially clogging the fuel tube leading up to the pilot assembly, or plugging the orifice.
Testimonial: "worked perfectly"
SOURCE: Pilot flame will not stay on
The thermocouple is bad this keeps the gas valve open from the pilot flame telling the gas valve that the pilot is lit and it is okay to turn on the burners.
