Well first of all you can try to do a factory reset, after doing factory reset just do a power scan, most of the time it works, if further you have the same problem then you need to upgrade the firmware of your hd 7000, go to digital-kaos.co.uk then go to downloads search for hd7000 and then download new firmware you may need to register first...... after then -
1. Unzip and copy it to your usb pen or equivalent, ensure filename is (flash.tbn).
2. Insert it into the usb slot and switch power off then back on at the rear switch.
3. box will reboot, open the flash file extract it to its memory and install it automatically.
4. Once flashed select your desired settings, then scan.
