It may be there but your computer thinks it is not a mp3 player, Go to control panel -> Performance and Maintenance, then -> click the system Icon, -> Then the hardware tab, -> then the Device manager. Look for a Device with a Yellow mark or a Question mark. Delete this device and the go to the small computer icon at the top of the tree and right click and chose, scan for changes, if it finds the player chose Portable device and install that. If this does not work go to this tip posted here on this site, it is the best for mp3 player connection problems. Solve your MP3 Player Connection Problem.

My Samsung Q2 will connect to my computer but is not detected by my television which has a USB connection. Please help!

Some televisions may not have the support to read USB devices that are formatted in NTFS or non FAT32 format. Plug the Q2 to your PC and find out what format it is using. That should give you the idea to re-format using FAT or FAT32 format.

Is Blueant ST3 Compatible with the iPhone4

Any bluetooth device should work with the iPhone4. Here is the directions for "pairing" from the BlueAnt website.
  1. Make sure the Supertooth 3 is turned off. You can tell if the Supertooth 3 is on or off by looking at the light on the front. If the light is on or flashing, then the Supertooth 3 is on: turn it off by holding down the Multi-Function button (the green button) for about 5 seconds, until you hear the voice announce that the Supertooth 3 is powering down.
  2. With the Supertooth 3 off, hold down the Multi-Function button for about 6 seconds, until the light on the front of the unit starts flashing red and blue.
  3. The Supertooth 3 will now prompt you to select your language: press the Multi-Function button when you hear your language spoken.
  4. The Supertooth 3 is now in pairing mode.
Pairing Your BlueAnt Step 4: Apple iPhone Now you need to use your iPhone to search for Bluetooth devices:
  1. Select Settings.
  2. Select General.
  3. Select Bluetooth.
  4. Wait for your phone to search for devices, then select your BlueAnt device from the list.
  5. If you are prompted for a PIN, enter 0000 (four zeros).
  6. Select Connect.
Your BlueAnt device is now paired.

I accidentally loaded several songs twice and now I can't figure out how to delete them from my Samsung Q2. How do I delete songs????? I can delete them from lists but not from the player itself.

Deleting Files,Pictures,etc from MP3 Player

Hook up your mp3 player to your computer Go to your desktop and double left click on "My Computer" When it opens you will see listing that says "Devices with Removal Storage" your mp3 player should be listed there. Right click on your mp3 player, and a window will open, right click on "Open" and now your files/songs should be visible. Hold the left click down and drag it across all the files/songs that you do not want this will highlight the files/songs you do not want, release, right click and then click on "Delete" Now you mp3 player should be clear of the files/songs you do not want. Good Luck, I hope this helps Please rate me, Thank You

Device manager not work properly & Modem not found

Check if the service is running, enter msconfig in the Start => Run box. Open the Services tab in the System Configuration utility's window. If the Plug and Play service isn't listed, uncheck the option in the box beside Hide All Microsoft Services. The option for the Plug and Play service should be enabled and should be shown to be running. If it isn't running, right-click the My Computer entry on the Windows Start menu and choose Manage. On the Computer Management window, expand the entry for Services And Applications and click Services. Make the Standard tab display its contents and locate the entry for Plug and Play. Double-click this entry and set the Startup type to Manual. Next, click the Start button under the Service type in the same window. The service should start, and the window can be closed. Should any warnings appear during this process, just click OK. The Device Manager should now be displaying all of its information
