This is a common problem with Bugera. And, unfortunately they are made by Behringer who is known to have the worst customer service of all and do not follow through on their warranties.

These amps have a few issues. I would take to a tech, and go over many of the poorly soldered connections on the circuit board.

Microphonic tubes can be detected by tapping them lightly with a pencil. I cannot find if this uses a spring reverb, but if it does, vibrating the cabinet will get a clanky type sound from the reverb tank. This MAY use a digital reverb however which is immune to that. Next thing is to make sure your guitar can't "hear" the output sound of the amp because the strings can pick up the sound and resonate feeding back into the amp. You can detect if this is happening by quickly dampening the strings and see if ringing gooes away. You probably need 6 to 10 feet of clearance between the guitar and the amp OR put your body between the amp and the guitar. ALWAYS set sound level at safe levels. Get a sound meter and go no higher than 90 Db. I know a lot of near deaf musicians whose careers are near over because of hearing loss using too high level.

The problem is the BOSS is designed to handle a guitar level at -20Db and the effects level is designed to run at either -10 Db or +4 Db. You will get better match setting the Bugerra effects to the -10 setting on the back and reducing the level... HOWEVER the pedal will want to send -20Db out which is 10 Db under what the effects return wants to see. This is a factor of three roughly in gain so the signal will be low. This is the problem using a guitar pedal in a way it wasn't designed to be used. The effects loops are looking for "line level" NOT guitar levels.

Schematics aren't going to help. The normal thing is to connect your guitar to the pedal and send the output of the pedal to the amp.

Guess what? The same things apply to your delay pedal... they are intended to accept the signal from the guitar OR the guitar like level from another pedal such as the GE7.

Tubes lighting does NOT mean they are working... AND some have two heaters because they are two tubes in one... so you have to verify the small ones have two heaters working... that is a starting point. Next tests involve a bit of electronics test equipment, namely a multimeter to check the poower supply is working. There are lethal voltages in this unit so find someone with experience to do these checks for you.

This may be your problem however--- Try swapping input chanels to see if the problem follows ther cable or is in the amp.
Assuming it was working before, you may have a short in the cable or a bad component or tube in the amp. Tubes can be difficult to come by. If the other channel works correctly, It may be one of the small tubes. Hope this helps
