Steering trouble I have a 92 cadillac seville sts the steering is difficult but only when my foot is on the brake or not on the gas pedal. I dont think it's the steering fluid i checked that and it was still full. Could it be the steering pump?

Sounds like a vacuum leak or something to do with the vacuum system.

How do I bleed brakes with soft pedal on 05 Chrysler crossfire

You will need two people to do it......open your brake res....and start at back passenger wheel....pump up the brake pedal with car off and while pedal is pumped have someone open the bleeder screw on caliper....let it go to the floor then close it back up....do this a few times to each wheel starting at that tire then going to drivers rear then to passenger front then finally to drivers front.....make sure in between times you keep brake resivour full.....

Protect mode is on all the time.It started making my speakers sound like the rca were touching then went to protect mode.no fuses blown now protect mode stayson, pretty new amp barely been used

POWER IT UP WITH NO SPEAKERS CONNECTED AND NO RCA INPUTS. IF IT STILL GOES INTO PROTECTION, THEN IT WILL NEED SERVICE. WHAT YOU PROBABLY HEARD AT FIRST WAS THE OUTPUT TRANSISTORS SHORTING AND STARTING TO SEND DC OUT TO THE SPEAKERS WHICH WOULD DESTROY THEM AND FURTHER DAMAGE THE AMPLIFER, SO THE PROTECTION CIRCUITS SEE THIS AND SHUT THE AMPLIFIER DOWN. LET ME KNOW IF YOU NEED FURTHER ASSISTANCE....V

Starting problems

I can only speak genericly from what I have seen on some high end vehicles:

The thieft system is working with the complete associated system. Each of the pieces that contain electronics are part of the coded and encryption security. This way parts cannot be easily mixed and matched. Most all of the modules much be programed with the proper codes to match to the system.

I think if you put back the old parts, and if the car was starting before, it should start again if nothing was damaged.

The Cadilac service dealer should have the jiggs and interface to program any of the modules.

Horn occassionally sticks

Your contacts are sticking within your steering wheel. When you push on your horn, it creates contact. One of the wires could be loose and causes it to stick. Take off your cover to steering wheel and make sure they are where they are supposed to be. If you have an airbag though, take it to ford to fix.

Volume fluctuates???

-Your head unit has a sound monitor that increases volume to compensate for road noise. -Your amp isn't receiving enough power.
