If you search ebay,you should be able to get a used jogger at a very good price,then just replace,hope this helps and if you have any probs fining it just ask and i will help you find one

you may have to get spring washers in their place
i called eddie bauer support , they infromed me to go to this website and can down load the owners manual there , i don't know your model number so here is the site , enter your model number and manufatures date and download the instructions .
I had the same problem, I called Eddie Bauer today and they are shipping me the bar. It cost 6.48 and it should be here in a week. It's hard to get a hold of them though.
