Computer says have to enter my pasword & username

you can also try a combination of user and password or leave the username spot blank and just enter password for the password or username is admin and the pasword is password or username is admin and the password is admin. Hope something works.

Start your computer
1. Keep pressing "F8" as the laptop computer starts.
2. When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "Safe Mode" with arrow key and confim by pressing the Enter key, then PC enters the Safe Mode.
3. Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windows login screen.
Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need to input the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.
4. Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the account that is locked and change the password.
5. Restart laptop and login into the account you just created using your new password.

go to paypal main page.
enter your username (your e-mail adress)
Then enter anything you want in the password box.
click enter
you will get a message telling you the username or pasword is invalid. you should also see something that says forgotten password. Click that. Paypal will take you through several steps and then e-mail you a link where you can go to reset your password. If that doesn't work call Paypal on the phone.
