Lights on the right rear stopped working and the direction blinks very quickly. I replaced the bulbs, but it still doesn't work. What else could be the issue?

Provided all the bulbs work [test out of car] sounds like a bad earth either in bulb holder or from the light cluster. Sometimes the rear stop/tail lights will also blink/glow in unison with the indicators

The brakes and signals use the same filaments, so these things are tied together.

I believe this car has a rear bulb that has two fillaments, one for side lights the other shared for braking and flash. sounds like a blown bulb or a bad ground connection. Check the bulb and the bulb holder and ground connection.
