Please enter *#7370# on your mobile . this will ask for factory settings reset. Please note that when you restore the factory settings, all your data in the phone might be erased so make sure you take a backup of the data and contacts before you perform a restore. You will also be asked for a security code. The default nokia core is 12345 but please make sure you enter the security code for you phone. Incase this doesnot work follow this.

IF YOU WANT TO RESTORE YOUR MOBILE'S SETTNG THEN GO TO SETTING OPTION AND SEARCH FOR RESTORE FACTORY SETTING OPTION. IT WILL ASK YOU FOR PIN THEN ENTER THE DEFAULT CODE (12345 OR 00000).

you have to reset all codes on the phone back to factory setting go into security and restor factory setting it will explain in phone handbook how to get to this then for the password type in eight 0 the phone will then restart and say done
